Detoxification refers to the process of removing toxic substances from your body. As we all know we should drink atleast 10 glasses of water every day, but drinking plain water sounds so boring, right?

So to make the water flavourful as well as healthy and to burn fats you should try this detox waters which  will not only keep you hydrated but also will help you remain fit. This water helps to regulate your body’s system and provide greater health benefits such as a stronger immune system or clearer skin.

You can add any vegetable or fruit combination to make your detox water and you should make a habit to drink this water daily.

Drinking the right detox water can help you burn fat by providing your body with the vitamins and minerals it needs to function like a well-oiled machine. Here are seven personally tried and tasted fat burning detox waters, each one delicious and ready to fuel you up.

Cucumber and Mint leaves Detox water

Cucumbers contain multiple B vitamins, including vitamin B1, vitamin B5, and vitamin B7 (biotin). B vitamins are known to help ease feelings of anxiety and buffer some of the damaging effects of stress. Cucumbers are rich in two of the most basic elements needed for healthy digestion: water and fiber.

Method

To make this detox water, add six to seven slices of cucumber, Slices of half lemon one tsp honey(if you want it to be little sweet) and a few sprigs of mint leaves to a  jug of water. Keep it overnight and drink this water throughout the day, if the water gets over you can always refill it.

This detox water will help you stay hydrated, your body will surely thank you and this is the best and easy way to loose some kilos especially the fats near your waistline.

Apple, Cinnamon and Lemon Detox Water

As we know that an apple a day keeps a doctor away. Apples are full of fibers, especially pectin, a soluble fiber which can help promote good digestive health and a sense of full belly. Apples also have a lot of organic compounds and vitamins which can boost your general health and they are great detox food.

Cinnamon Stick on the other hand is the ancient spice which has always been used as a healing spice and the aroma that it has is so pleasant. It is believed to  be the natural ingredient for weight loss.

Method

Get this delicious flavor of apples and cinnamon in this easy-to-drink detox water. Add few slices of Apple, Lemon (if you want you can add only lemon juice instead of lemon slices) and one cinnamon stick in a jar of water. Keep it overnight in the freezer if you like chilled water or you can simply keep it at room temperature. Drink it the next day and you can refill it once the water gets over.

Chia Seeds Detox Water

Despite their tiny size, chia seeds are among the most nutritious foods on the planet. They are loaded with fiber, protein, Omega-3 fatty acids and various micronutrients.

Method

This detox water is not only good for you, it’s also fun to drink which means you’ll drink it more often. Chia seeds are so small that you can swallow them without chewing them up.Add around 2 Tablespoons of chia seeds in a big jar of water,you can also add honey or lemon juice to make it little tasty. Let this water sit for overnight or you can just wait for 10 to 15minutes until the seeds absorb the water and becomes like a gel. Chia’s hydrophilic properties (ability to soak water) makes the seed much more valuable to your body.

Oatmeal Detox Water

Oats Lower Cholesterol Levels. A steaming bowl of fresh cooked oatmeal is the perfect way to start off your day, especially if you are trying to prevent or are currently dealing with heart disease or diabetes. Oats, oat bran, and oatmeal contain a specific type of fiber known as beta-glucan.

We sometimes dislike eating oatmeal but still want to get its benefits. So in that case  Try oatmeal detox water, which provides the nutrients from oats without having to sit through a bowl of oatmeal. This is a healing water which acts like a remedy for everything from a cold to infections.

Method

Take one cup of oatmeal and blend it in a blender with same amount of water. Now add this to a big jar along with one cinnamon stick and two liters of water. You can also add sweetener of your choice.

Pomegranate, Lemon and Cucumber Detox water

Pomegranate boosts your immune system, lowers blood pressure, is high in fiber and leaves you with healthy, vibrant, youthful skin. Lemon is high in vitamin C, cucumber is full of vitamin A, K and calcium. It together makes a potent, healthy, body loving quencher.

Method

Add one cup of pomegranate seeds, then add four to five lemon slices(or two tablespoons juice ) and few slices of cucumber in a big glass jar of water. Let it sit overnight and have it in the morning. This drink will increase your immunity and tastes yummy. I personally love this drink, especially eating pomegranate while drinking water.

Strawberry and Kiwi Water

Strawberries are rich in the essential nutrients vitamin C, potassium, folic acid, and fiber. One cup of fresh strawberries contains 160 percent of the daily recommended quantity of vitamin C, for only 50 calories.

Method

Method

Cut thin slices of Orange and Lemon and add it into a water jar. To this, add grated ginger. Keep this overnight and you will thank me for posting this detox water recipe. It is so healing and natural that you will feel the difference yourself.
